Remove the dead skin regularly from your skin. The best natural remedy to do this is use a scrub (mild) and rubs it on your skin. This would help remove toxics and other particles that have settled on the skin. You can prepare a scrub at home also. Take ¼ cup of table salt and mix small amount of sugar in it. Put some olive oil in it and stir the mixture. Rub this all over your body and it would remove all the dead skin.
Another way to keep the skin fresh is moisturize it daily. It would also prevent wrinkles. For sensitive skin use the mixture of oatmeal, honey and plain yogurt. This mixture can be kept on the face for 15 minutes and then rinse off.
Another natural remedy for sensitive skin is to rinse the face with plain water at least twice a day. you can even use honey and yogurt mixture which is a good kitchen remedy. While applying this mixture rinse off the face with luke warm water.
Take an egg and take out its yolk. Beat the yolk till its frothy. Add ½ cup of milk in it and put some avocados after peeling them. Apply this on the sensitive skin and leave for 10 min and see the difference.
Oil on the skin is also harmful and so use exfoliating materials to remove the excessive oil from the face.
