Black pepper is an easy home remedy for nasal congestion. Taking 3 or 4 baked black pepper seeds in the morning.
Garlic and tomato soup is a strong combination that can cure nasal congestion. Take 2 or 3 tomatoes and boil them in a cup of water; add a teaspoon of garlic paste, butter, and black pepper powder. Add salt to taste. Drink this soup 2 to 3 times a day.
Grate horseradish and take 1 to 2 teaspoons of it. Add a teaspoon of apple vinegar or honey to it. Take this mixture slowly on your tongue, and then take a deep and long breath. The aroma of this loosens congestion and gives quick relief. .
Boil a glass of water and add a pinch of salt to it. Allow it to cool to warm and then use a dropper to put 2-3 drops in each nostril by keeping your face upward. Once the solution soaks the nostril and throat, exhale and clean your nose.
Add one teaspoon of baking soda into a salt solution. Apply this with droppers 2-3 drops to each nostril.
Mix grapefruit juice in lukewarm water and use it as an inhaler. This is effective for nasal congestion. Take this early in the morning or when going to bed.
You can make homemade inhalers. Put 1-2 drops of peppermint oil on a cotton cloth or cotton ball. Bring it near your nose and inhale.
