Mix Triphala in the amount of 1 teaspoon at bed time with milk. Also immerse Triphala in water at night and wash eyes with Triphala water. This is a good herbal remedy for myopia.
If myopia has been caused by a nervous system disability, take Saptamrita Lauha (1TSP) twice daily with milk.
Another useful remedy is Yashti Madhu - ½ TSP root powder may be taken with ½ TSP honey and ¼ TSP ghee, or consider Mahatriphalagrita (½ - TSP) may be taken with milk.

Consuming mangoes is also good for our eyes as these are strong sources of vitamin A and calcium.
Regularly wash your eyes with cold water as it helps myopia also.
Perform regular eye exercise to relieve eye strain. These are known as palming, blinking, and rotation exercises.
