Regular exercise eases painful menstrual cramping with sessions of routine exercise. This releases endorphins – your body’s natural method of killing pain.
Place a hot water bottle on your stomach to relieve cramps. This is a natural remedy for dysmenorrhea.
If you don’t have a hot water bottle handy, soak a kitchen towel in water and wring out the excess liquid. Place the towel in the microwave and heat for one minute. Lay it on the stomach and pay close attention not to burn yourself.

Calcium is also associated with relieving the pain of menstrual cramps. Take a magnesium supplement during your monthly cycle.
