Take a liter of boiled water and mix in it eight levels or around four tea spoons of white or brown sugar, even honey can do. Then mix into it half a tea spoon of iodized salt. - Mix a glass of fresh coconut water and a glass of juice which is prepared by crushing the leaves of fresh cucumber. If thirty to sixty milliliters of this juice is given to the patient on daily basis, then the cholera can be cured. The juice is a great cure for thirst.
- Another home remedy for cholera lies in consuming the juice made of fresh leaves of bitter gourd.
