As we all know that most of the cosmetic companies normally do not accept refunds. But just because we want to offer you the best and different customer service, so for the unopened products there is a 15 day refund policy. However customer face deduction 10% of product price for re-stocking fee and shipping charges and they will not be refunded.
Please note that the products should not be damaged and opened. Refunds are issued receiving back the products properly.
If you are not unsatisfied with our product, you can take delivery of a refund for all unopened products you return. We will refund your buy price minus shipping + a 10% re-stocking fee. Its our pleasure to take back the unopened products within 15 days of your purchase. Products return just after 15 days will not receive any refund.
To comply with credit card companies' Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP), credit transactions have got to be submitting within 90 days of the original transaction. If order is more than one product and return part of your order, you will be charged for your unreturned products which you contain with you at the price normally charged for the product(s).
Order Cancellation Policy
This includes compound submissions of the similar order where your credit card is charged for more than once. You will be charged 3% of the exacting product fee. When you cancel your order, we are still charged a fee for that we will credit your credit card the manage amount minus 3% of the product price. If your order has previously been shipped, we are not willing to refund shipping costs.
